Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MotherMade ("we", "us") collects when you use the MotherMade app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email danielle@mothermadenutrition.com.
Information you give us
- Account details: your name and email address, and a phone number if you choose to add one. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider (Google Firebase Authentication); we never see it.
- Pregnancy details: your due date and the dates used to work out your current week of pregnancy. We use these only to show you the right week's content.
- Your lists: the grocery lists and items you create in the app.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Payment information
Memberships are paid through Stripe, a secure payment company. Your card details go directly to Stripe; MotherMade never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe tells us the status of your membership (for example active or canceled), your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, the amount paid, the email used at checkout and your renewal date. We use this only to give you access and to answer billing questions. Stripe's use of your information is covered by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
The app uses Firebase Performance Monitoring, which collects technical information such as device type, operating system, app version and how quickly screens load. It helps us find and fix problems. We don't use advertising trackers, and this website doesn't use cookies or analytics.
How we use your information
- To create and run your account and show you content for your week of pregnancy.
- To build and save your grocery lists.
- To manage your membership, process payments and give you access.
- To reply to your questions and send important messages about your account or membership.
- To keep the app secure and working well.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run MotherMade, and only as needed for that work:
- Google Firebase: sign-in, database, file storage and performance monitoring.
- FlutterFlow: the platform the MotherMade app is built and hosted on.
- Stripe: payments and membership billing.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our members and MotherMade.
How we protect your information
Your account information, pregnancy details and grocery lists are private to your account. Our database rules only let you read and change your own information, and only our secure payment system can change membership status. No method of storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while you have an account. To delete your account and the personal information linked to it, email danielle@mothermadenutrition.com from the email address on your account. We'll confirm when it's done. Stripe may keep payment records as required by law.
Your choices
You can update your details in the app, cancel your membership at any time, and ask us for a copy of your information or to correct or delete it.
Children
MotherMade isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let members know in the app or by email.
